Simply because of the slow legislative cycle, I can think even further than a tech startup. Not only do I plan ahead, I plan for sudden and often very impactful changes. I have Plan A, Plan B and Plan C just to cover my bases.
Every thing is a rough fight. Most of us started our own businesses because we were tired of following someone else’s dream. We set our course and that’s what really matters. The system we use and whether we have an exit plan are just variations of the actual route. Dividing small business owners and businesses into two distinct categories is inappropriate and belongs to an outdated concept.
Every business owner should have one title and stick to it. Simply folding SBA’s Small Business Week and its resources into a Congressional initiative for National Ship Week and Boom wins everyone. Best of all, this allows us all to get to know each other’s businesses better and the opportunity to use inclusion instead of exclusion, which is only good.

Entrepreneur Stats That You Need To Know In 2023 [infographic]
As the global health crisis continues to spread across the United States, millions are unemployed, businesses are closing for the foreseeable future, and uncertainty is high. Small business owners have been hit particularly hard by this crisis, many of whom are far short of the cash they need to weather the storm.
Although loans from the federal government are available to help small business owners scale up, a survey by online lending platform Lending Tree found that people are not sure these measures will help in the long term. In the survey, about 1,300 business owners have closed for the time being, and 71 percent of their businesses are worried they will never recover from the losses from this crisis.
Nearly half (47 percent) of new business owners took out debt to protect their assets, and another 34 percent applied for unapproved loans. The information below provides more information from the survey.
